Photoshop makes a wave of summer surfing stereo words

Paper font effects very impact. When making, first use 3D tools to create three-dimensional characters; then add spray and some marine-related materials to the three-dimensional characters; then add Shanghai bottom and other materials in the text. 



1. Create a new file. Open the PS software, press Ctrl + N to create a new file with a size of 1280 * 800 pixels and a resolution of 72 pixels / inch, then click OK.

2. Fill the background color. Set the foreground color to dark blue #02318f, then fill the background with the paint bucket tool.

3. Create a new layer, use the elliptical marquee tool to pull out the selection shown in the figure below, press Shift + F6 to feather 80 pixels and fill in light blue, press Ctrl + D to cancel the selection.

4. Press Ctrl + J to copy the current layer by one layer, press Ctrl + T to squash a little, then move to the bottom position, and then set the layer opacity to 30%, as shown below.

5, open the following text material, drag in with the mobile tool, adjust the position, you can also use 3D tools to create three-dimensional characters.

6. Select "Magic Wand Tool" in the toolbox and click on the text surface to get the text surface selection.


7. Create a new layer, fill the selection with cyan, press Ctrl + D to cancel the selection, as shown below.

8. Open the underwater material below, drag it in with the moving tool, and place it below the three-dimensional word.

9. Hold down the Ctrl key + left mouse button to click on the stereo word thumbnail to load the selection, and then add a layer mask to the sea floor layer. The process is as shown below.

10. Select the stereo word layer, change the blend mode to “Positive Multiply”, and set the opacity to 80%, as shown below.


11. Create a new layer on the background layer, use the pen tool to tick out the selection shown in the figure below, then fill in the black, press Ctrl + D to cancel the selection; add the layer mask, use the soft edge black with 10% transparency The brush applies a little transparency to the bottom, as shown in the figure below.

12. Select the text layer on the surface, as shown below.

13. Open the previous seabed material, drag it in with the moving tool, and press Ctrl + Alt + G to create a clipping mask, as shown below.

14. The bottom is dark. Create a curve adjustment layer, darken the RGB channel, set the parameters as shown below, and then select the gradient tool, set the color to black and white, and then pull the white to black linear gradient from the bottom up. The process is as shown below.

15. Create a new group, use the pen tool to tick out the selection shown below, and then click the mask button to add a layer mask.

16. Open the wave material below, drag it in with the moving tool, and put it in the group; add a layer mask and wipe off the unwanted parts with a soft black brush, as shown below.

17. Find a piece of sea wave material, pull out the waves, drag it in with a moving tool, and properly deform it. The effect is as shown below.

18. Some unnatural areas should be properly repaired. The process is as shown below.

19. Create a new layer, use the pen tool to tick out the selection shown in the figure below, fill the 20 pixels and fill the color close to the spray, press Ctrl + D to cancel the selection.

20. Create a new layer on the top of the layer and use the pen tool to tick out the selection shown below and fill it with blue.

21, open the following sea surface material, drag in with the mobile tool, create a clipping mask and adjust the position; add a layer mask, use the soft edge black brush to spread the top transition naturally.

22. Add characters and some seagulls. The process is as shown below.
