When printing ID photos, we often encounter typesetting problems. Generally, we use software to typeset and print ID photos. Today I share with you the method of typesetting in Photoshop, and the method of typesetting nine 1-inch photos on 5-inch photo paper.

The order of ideas for 5 inch photo paper layout 9 inch photos:
First, crop or modify the ID photo to a 1-inch size requirement, then create a 5-inch photo paper-sized canvas, place the 1-inch photo on the canvas, hold down the AIT key, and copy 9-inch photos to complete the typesetting operation.

Computer, photoshop cc 20, ID photo material.
Method / step:

1. Import the picture into Photoshop to open, crop or modify the size. Click the image above, then the image size.

2 The picture size setting interface pops up, and the photo settings meet the requirements of one-inch photos. The width is 2.5cm, the height is set to 3.5cm, and the resolution is set to 300. Finally, click OK.

3 Then click File, New. On the setting interface for setting the size of the new canvas, set a 5 inch photo paper canvas. The width is set to 8.9cm, the height is set to 12.7cm, and the background content is white (that is, white canvas).

4 After the new canvas is created, import the ID photo into the canvas, select the left movement tool, and check the automatic selection in front. Then hold down the ALT key and move 9 photos with the mouse. Finally move evenly. In this way, we get the effect of typesetting for 5 inches and 9 inches photos.

This is the simple and fast way to type 9-inch photos on 5-inch photo paper in Photoshop.

All A4 Papers are used for printing ID Photos. Like Matte photo paper, A4 Photo paper and glossy photo paper. People used matte photo paper mostly.

Summary and notes:
The above is a typography of one inch on five inch photo paper, remember not to get the size wrong. Be sure to hold down alt while copying, then move to copy. When moving the photos evenly with the mouse, be sure to tick the front of the automatic selection, otherwise the side cannot be moved.
